In accordance with our Whistle Blower Non-Harrassment Policy, the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent will investigate all instances of questionable or unethical behavior. In every instance where improper behavior is found to have occurred, the company will take appropriate action. We will not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise genuine ethics concerns in good faith.
Our Reporting Process
Below is our reporting process to be used for problems or ethical issues. This process is backed up with the option to report the problem in confidence to our third party agency EthicsPoint. Before using the EthicsPoint reporting service, please consider using the Food Bank of the Golden Crescents open door policy by bringing your concern or concerns to the following individuals – first by following these steps;
